Age Proofing Your Body
Is There A Treatment To Prevent Aging?
Would you be interested in learning about a program to lower your Biological Age 5 to 30 years? I would like to tell you about an objective medical test I have developed to measure and treat premature aging. Applying this test can result in age reversal, reduced instance of illness and disease, and extension of life expectancy. I have been using this program for approximately seven years, and the average reduction of Premature Aging has been up to 30 years. I know of no test or medical treatment that is able to measure and reverse Premature Aging in an objective manner. I call the test the RAM Profile, which stands for Reliable Anti-Aging Measurement Profile. It is basically a test composed of important Risk Factors that are associated with early aging, increased disease, and premature death. Each risk factor is well known in current medical literature. My findings show, after two years of treatment and repeat testing using the RAM Profile, a marked slowing and reversal of premature aging and extended life expectancy. Unfortunately early death and Premature Aging are the most underemphasized and misunderstood medical concepts today. Premature death due to early aging or Premature Aging is the number one cause of early death and disability in this country. It is an epidemic that is flying under the radar screen.
Current Life Expectancy
Most medical programs are not directed toward increasing life expectancy or trying to determine which combination of factors cause reduced life expectancy. Current life expectancy is only 72 years of age. Only one in 10,000 lives to 100. Less than one in 100,000 who live to 100, are healthy, and enjoy a good quality of life. This in itself documents premature aging does exist. The question we should be asking, “Why doesn’t everyone live to be 100 and have a good quality of life?” If one in 100,000 can do it, why can't everyone? Is it wrong that an elderly person should want to be able to play tennis or go kayaking with their grandchildren? Why do some women look as young as their daughters or as old their mothers? Everyone will grow older. No one can prevent this fact of life. How rapidly you age is largely your choice.
Premature Aging
If everyone experiences different amounts of premature aging there must be something that current medical care is missing. I propose that we must recognize the process of growing old is different from aging. “Growing old” is a natural process not associated with disability, illness or premature death. “Aging” on the other hand is just the opposite. Aging or “Premature Aging” is responsible for shortened life expectancy and poor quality of life. There are multiple causes of premature age, which I call risk factors. What are some of the symptoms associated with aging?
Symptoms of aging are varied and numerous. Some examples are fatigue, depression, irritability, loss of muscle mass, decrease in strength, inability to sleep, difficulty with walking, changes in concentration, memory loss, decreased stamina and endurance, soft bones, and fractures. Many people in there 50s begin to lose their muscle mass, and their skin shows signs of marked wasting. We see aging changes in skin such as thinning, bruising easily, and marked wrinkling. Men and women frequently lose sexual desire and their ability to have sex. In general we find they have a decreased interest in life and finally premature death. Risk factors are the cause of medical problems such as heart attack, strokes, and senility. Take the case of a 51-year-old “healthy” individual that suddenly dies from a heart attack. Though his Chronological Age is 51, the Biological Age of his heart is more like 100+. The changes that caused the heart attack did not occur overnight. It represents a long process of changes in the arteries that carry blood to the heart. These risk factors result in premature hardening and blocking of the blood flow, and thus sudden death. These premature changes had been going on for years. This is one of the most alarming points I want to make. My testing method (RAM) shows that premature aging begins in teenage years and earlier. This data is currently being documented in many pediatric journals. Risk factors in teenagers are smoking, being overweight, inactive, and unhealthy diets. Young people are developing diabetes and hypertension.
Different Types of Aging
The following terms are a very important to understand my medical program. It is important to distinguish Biological Age, Chronological Age, Premature Aging, Biological Age Reversal, and Old Age.
“Biological Age”: The active rate at which your body is aging. It is a true measurement of your current health, life expectancy, and future quality of life.
“Chronological Age”: Your current age and is the number of years since your birth.
“Premature Aging”: Begins in our early 20s and is associated with early death, illness, disease, and disability. Premature aging treatment should be started when someone is in his or her teens.
“ Biological Age Reversal”: Any medical treatment that reverses the process of premature aging and results in a longer healthier life.
“Old Age”: A normal chronological state is relatively free from illness, disease, or other changes of aging. It allows a person to grow older while having a good quality of life. People, who are old and not aged, are very active, have good memories, get around on their own, are independent, can ride a bike, enjoy their grandchildren, and keep their youthful energy levels. I have a 65 year-old patient who has hiked 80% of the 2,174 mile Appalachian Trail, and hopes to complete the remainder over the next few years.

The RAM Profile
A Road Map to Age Reversal
I have developed a test to objectively measure true Biological Age. Without such a test one cannot recognize or treat premature aging. My test is called the RAM Profile. It is composed of over 70 different medical components I call “Biological Markers of Aging” or risk factors. These risk factors are described in current medical literature and are clearly documented as being associated with decreased life expectancy and early illness. The sum of the risk factors gives your true “Biological Age”. The difference between Biological Age and Chronological Age is frequently as much as 10-30 years. The RAM Profile is like a road map to life. It shows where you are in your current longevity cycle. It determines where your deficiencies or abnormal markers lie. It allows a doctor to direct treatment to reverse premature aging. Repeat testing a year later will show how much age reversal we have been able to obtain. It gives a patient insight to the amount of progress they are making and helps to reestablish a new Biological Age for that person. I invite you to look at the RAM Profile on this website and to measure your Biological Age.
Summary
Remember Premature Aging begins in early preteen years so it is most effective to begin treatment as early as possible. Anti-Aging Therapy is not just for people that are “aged”. The earlier you start the better it works. Everyone has different amounts of premature aging and it is very important to understand that premature aging is reversible. My Anti-Aging treatment is composed of four components: Preventative Medicine, Longevity Medicine, Wellness Medicine, and Age Reversal Therapy.
