What We Offer-Muscle and Strength Gain
ABC s of “How to Increase MUSCLE and STRENGTH”
The "HOW TO" of building large muscles should be no mystery.
Medical science has had the chemical ability for years. There are three ingredients
needed: 1. Testosterone, 2. Growth Hormone, and 3. Exercise. A blood sample
is used to measure Testosterone and Growth Hormone levels. Some people work out
many hours and never develop muscles. You might notice one person is very
muscular while another has a small amount of muscle mass. The latter may have a
low level of Testosterone and/or Growth Hormone. Without these two hormones
muscle growth cannot occur. The third ingredient is a
small amount of exercise three times a week while the blood levels of GH and
Testosterone are elevated. This is why many athletes are not as successful as
they could be. It’s like making bread without flour. Exercise plus hormone growth is essential in order to be successful. Let me give you an example of
a patient. He worked out five days a week for two years with very little to show
for it. He then gave up because of lack of muscle growth. He came to see me
years later at the age of 60 and was found to have low levels of natural GH and
Testosterone. After using a combination of androgens and GH he was able to
increase his muscle mass by 30% in three months using just 10 pounds of weights
for 8 minutes three times per week. Sounds hard to believe but it is a fact. 1. TESTOSTERONE Testosterone is a natural substance produced in our testicles and adrenal glands. Blood levels range from zero to 1500. Testosterone is available in a short acting and long acting forms. It comes in a patch, gel and injections. There are also illegal forms that can be harmful and ineffective. They all contain androgenic and anabolic properties. Anabolic properties are what make muscle while androgenic properties cause undesirable effects such as breast enlargement, prostate enlargement, liver inflammation and sometimes death. Testosterone precursors that can be taken by mouth are Pregnanalone, Androstenedione, and DHEA. It is important to know what type, how much, and the time to take these drugs to work out safely. I recommend naturally occurring forms of hormones because they are not harmful. It is also important to select the ones with high anabolic properties and the lowest androgenic properties. To get maximum effect I suggest injectable testosterone or the newest testosterone gel. This is complicated and I will explain to each patient. 2. GROWTH HORMONE Without Growth Hormone, one cannot increase muscle strength or mass. It has been called the "Fuel of Youth". Body Builders use it to increase their muscle mass and muscle strength. When used in combination with Testosterone it causes very rapid increase in muscle size and strength. "It also has the desirable quality of removing body fat". It breaks down the fat and converts it to muscle. Most people who fail to lose weight and build muscle simply are missing GH. Studies show marked decrease of GH in 45% of all people over 30 and completely absent in 14%. GH can be taken as an injection or an oral amino acid to increase GH levels. Nasal spray is ineffective. Growth Hormone is best taken so you will have a high level during exercise. GH is produced by the pituitary gland in our brain. Forty percent of us have low levels and this results in loss of muscle, bone, sex drive, strength, and thin wrinkled skin. GH is also produced by strenuous workouts, high protein diets, low blood sugar, stress, and during the first few hours of sleep. There are many commercial products that make great claims to produce large amounts of GH. They include nasal sprays, and protein powder, and GH stimulating substances. The problem is when I ask the manufactures to send me scientific tests to show the exact amounts of GH elevation they are unable to show actual amounts in mg. Resting blood level is zero since it is removed from the blood very quickly. GABA will result in a marked increase in our blood for two and one half hours. The other way is direct injection of natural Growth Hormone. This is more expensive but very effective. GH also has the ability to increase skin thickness, increase muscle and bone density, and in general slow or reverse the aging process. There are no harmful effects if blood levels are kept in physiologic amounts. Incorrect use can cause fluid retention, arthralgia, hypertension, and carpel tunnel syndrome. I also assure you with proper monitoring that no side effect will occur and also it is "completely legal" and undetectable since it is the same natural GH that your body makes. 3. EXERCISE The third is a good exercise program timed to the elevated levels of GH and anabolic agents. Most good gyms and exercise institutions can provide this information. If you would like to increase in your muscle and strength in a very short time safely then this is the way I recommend. The cost is $95.00 per treatment. |
